Ac69 is more than just a betting platform. We are a community built specifically for Malaysian players — with a deep understanding of local entertainment preferences, a trust-first approach and a commitment to delivering the best experience to every member from Perlis to Sabah.
More than just a company — we are a team of people who truly understand what Malaysian players are looking for.
AC69 was founded on a simple belief — Malaysians deserve a better online entertainment platform. Not one that's been clumsily translated from a foreign language, not one still running on payment methods that don't work here, and not one where the bonus terms are so convoluted they read like a legal contract.
We started this journey with a very simple question: what truly matters to Malaysian players? The answer was clear from the outset — trust, convenience and real value. Trust that their money is safe. Convenience to deposit and withdraw using Touch 'n Go or DuitNow, the tools they already use every day. And real value in the form of promotions that can genuinely be enjoyed, not just large numbers in ads that are nearly impossible to achieve.
And that is where AC69 was born. Our platform was built from the ground up with a Malaysia-first mindset — meaning every design decision, every payment method we offer, every promotion we create, and every customer support response we give all stem from the perspective of a real Malaysian user. Not a generic template copied from anywhere.
Today, AC69 has grown into one of Malaysia's most actively used online betting and casino platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from across the country — from urban centres like Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya to Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Johor Bahru, and the interior regions of Sabah and Sarawak. Every day, tens of thousands of players log in to AC69 to enjoy Liga Super football Sports Betting, MLBB esports, live baccarat, digital lottery, and much more.
But beyond the numbers, what we're most proud of is the trust our players place in us. When a player from Ipoh can withdraw RM2,000 in winnings within 10 minutes on a Saturday night without any hassle — that is AC69's true measure of success. That trust is something we guard with full responsibility, and we will never take it for granted.
What we believe in and where we're headed.
We will never compromise on integrity. From how we write our promotion terms to how we handle complaints — everything must be transparent, fair and accountable. If a mistake is made, we will own it and fix it promptly.
Every business decision we make starts with one question: is this good for the player? We will not sacrifice the player experience for short-term profit. Player trust is AC69's most valuable asset.
AC69 players' personal data and funds are protected by bank-grade security infrastructure — 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and 24/7 monitoring to detect any unusual activity.
Whether you're playing at midnight or early morning, on a fully loaded server or a quiet one — the AC69 experience must stay smooth, fast and enjoyable. We invest heavily in technical infrastructure to make sure that happens every single day.
AC69 believes responsible entertainment is every player's right. We provide self-control tools, deposit limits and responsible gaming guides to ensure that playing stays enjoyable and never becomes a problem.
This is not just a marketing claim. It is a real commitment you will feel from the very first day you join AC69.
Over 85% of ac69 players access the platform via smartphone. That's why we've invested heavily in optimising every aspect of the platform for the best mobile experience — from fast page loading to buttons sized perfectly for smaller screens.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks — every payment method Malaysians use daily is available on AC69. Deposits are processed within 3 minutes, withdrawals within 5–15 minutes.
The ac69 support team operates around the clock in both Bahasa Melayu and English. You can reach us via live chat within the platform, WhatsApp or Telegram. Our average response time is under 3 minutes — real people, not bots.
AC69 knows Malaysian players are passionate about Liga Super football, the Thomas Cup, MotoGP Sepang and MLBB e-sports. We offer odds and betting markets that are relevant to local sporting events — not just overseas matches that mean little to players here.
Tired of a RM1,000 bonus with a 50x rollover? At AC69, our RM500 Welcome Bonus comes with just a 7x rollover. The 15% sports cashback and 12% Live Casino cashback are credited automatically every Monday — no need to request. We write our terms clearly so there are no surprises.
AC69's infrastructure uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data communications, password storage hashed with the latest algorithms, and a real-time fraud detection system. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

Explore Lottery →We know there are many online betting platforms out there. That's exactly why we never take your trust in AC69 for granted. Every time you log in, deposit, play or withdraw — each of those moments is a promise we make to you, one we must deliver on every single time.
One commitment we have held firm since day one is payment speed. In this industry, many players have had frustrating experiences — winning big only to wait days for a withdrawal, or being asked to submit unreasonable documents before funds are released. AC69 promises the opposite: your withdrawal will be processed within 5–15 minutes to DuitNow or Touch 'n Go, no excuses and no drama, as long as your account conditions are met.
Our second commitment is full transparency across all terms and conditions. You will never stumble upon a hidden clause at AC69 that suddenly surfaces when you try to withdraw. Every term is written clearly in plain, easy-to-understand language — not convoluted legal jargon. If anything is unclear, our support team is ready to walk you through it personally.
And our third commitment — perhaps the most important — is our commitment to responsible gaming. We will never encourage anyone to play beyond their means. ac69's responsible gaming programme offers daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits and the option to take a temporary break whenever a player feels they need one. This is not merely a regulatory requirement — it is a core value we genuinely believe in.
All Malaysian local payment methods accepted. Deposits processed within 3 minutes, withdrawals within 5–15 minutes.
Don't just take our word for it — these are real experiences shared by Malaysian players who have been with us for the long haul.
"I've been an ac69 member since the very first year it launched. What I value most is their customer support — whenever there's an issue, someone responds within 5 minutes in Bahasa Melayu. Not a bot, but a real person who actually understands my problem. I've tried plenty of other platforms but always come back to ac69 because of the trust I've built with them."
"ac69's withdrawal speed is genuinely impressive. I won RM1,800 on a Friday night, submitted my withdrawal request before bed, and by Saturday morning it was already in my Touch 'n Go account. I've tried other platforms that promise the same thing but deliver something very different — ac69 actually walks the talk. That's why I keep coming back."
"I love how AC69 writes its promotion terms — clear and easy to understand. Other platforms offer big bonuses but when you read the T&C, it feels like you've been misled. AC69's 7x rollover on the welcome bonus is genuinely achievable within a week of casual play. Thank you for being honest with your players."
